If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must email your voucher back before the withdrawal period expires. Be sure to include your contact information (name, address, phone number).

If you purchase a service, you cannot cancel the purchase if the service has been provided or the provision of the service has begun—even if your 14-day right of withdrawal has not yet expired. If you purchase a product that is delivered to you, you have 14 days from the date you receive the item to notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase, and then 14 days to return the item.

Unless otherwise stated in your confirmation, you are responsible for the return shipping costs if you change your mind about your purchase. However, this does not apply if your item is defective. In that case, the seller always covers the costs.
If you return a used item, the seller may, pursuant to Section 8(1)(9) of the Danish Consumer Contracts Act, reduce your refund in proportion to the loss in value the item has suffered as a result of use.

Skrøbelev Gods ApS will refund the amount of the stay, gift voucher, or voucher as soon as possible, provided that the right of withdrawal has been exercised in a timely manner and the gift voucher or voucher has been returned and remains unused.

If the stay package, gift voucher, or voucher has already been paid for and/or redeemed, you cannot cancel the purchase. However, pursuant to Section 18(2)(2) of the Danish Consumer Contracts Act, you have no right of withdrawal when purchasing agreements for accommodation, transportation, food and beverage services (such as dining and catering), recreational leisure activities, entertainment and sports activities, and similar cultural events, if the contract specifies the date(s) on which the service is to be provided.

If you reschedule your stay within 31 days of your arrival date, a fee ranging from 395 DKK to 995 DKK per overnight stay will be charged, depending on the room type.
The fee will increase the closer you get to your arrival date when you are rescheduling the stay.

We can extend the validity period for the following fees.
1-month extension: 295 DKK per overnight stay
3 months: 395 DKK per overnight stay
6–8 months: 495 DKK per overnight stay
