If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return your voucher by email before the expiry of the withdrawal period. Remember to include contact information (name, address, phone number).

If you buy a service, you cannot cancel the purchase if the service has been delivered or has started to be delivered – even if your 14-day right of withdrawal has not expired. If you buy a product that is delivered to you, you have 14 days from the date you receive the product to inform us that you wish to cancel your purchase and then 14 days to return the product.

Unless otherwise stated in your confirmation, you are responsible for return shipping costs if you regret your purchase. However, this does not apply if your item is defective. In this case, the advertiser always bears the costs.
If you return a used item, the advertiser may, cf. section 8(1)(9) of the Consumer Contracts Act, reduce your refund in proportion to the loss of value that the item has suffered in connection with use.

Skrøbelev Gods ApS will refund the stay/gift certificate or voucher amount as soon as possible if the right of withdrawal has been exercised in time and the gift or voucher has been returned and unused.

Once the accommodation package/gift certificate or voucher has been paid and/or redeemed, it is not possible to cancel the purchase. However, pursuant to Section 18(2)(2) of the Danish Consumer Contracts Act, you have no right of withdrawal when purchasing agreements for accommodation, transportation, catering, recreational leisure activities, entertainment and sports activities and similar cultural events if the agreement states on which day(s) the agreement will be performed.

If you postpone your stay within 31 days prior to the arrival date, a fee from DKK 395 to DKK 995 per night will be charged – depending on the room type.
The fee will increase the closer we get to the arrival date of your postponed stay.

We can extend your validity period for the following fees.
1 month extension costs DKK 295 per night
3 months costs DKK 395 per night
6-8 months costs DKK 495 per night

Cancellation overview:

1. If the government closes the restaurant completely due to covid or other reasons, you will get a full refund ……. or you can choose to leave all/part of the amount for a later stay.
2. If you cancel your stay yourself – for whatever reason – the following applies
   A) Cancellation made more than one month before arrival – the full amount will be returned.
   B) Cancellation made between 15 – 31 days before arrival 75% of the full amount will be returned
   C) Cancellation made between 7 – 14 days before arrival 25% of the full amount will be returned
   D) Cancellation made between 0 – 7 days before arrival we cannot return anything

… or you can choose to leave all/part of the credit for a later stay for A,B,C and D with stays from our website.
